Daniel Arroyo, AKA Big D (to his family) 77, of Crosbyton, passed away Tuesday, November 28, 2023 at his residence. He was born July 17, 1946 in Sinton, Texas to Luis Arroyo and Leonora Olivarez Arroyo. He was a very loving husband, father and grandfather, and will be missed dearly by his family. He married Carmen Rivas on May 9, 1988 in Lubbock. Daniel worked for Felix West Paints for over 20 years, and then drove a truck for Labatt Food Service until his retirement. He enjoyed spending time with his family and riding around in his golf cart. Daniel is survived by his wife, Carmen, of Crosbyton; three daughters, Deborah Arroyo of Lubbock, Danette Arroyo of Corpus Christi, TX and Irene Fira of Crosbyton; two sons, Rene Bustamante of Crosbyton and Rudy Bustamante of Lubbock; three brothers, Juan Arroyo and Luis Arroyo, II both of Crosbyton and Salome Arroyo of Bastrop, TX; one sister, Susanna Arroyo of Crosbyton; 15 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Luis Arroyo and Leonora Olivarez, a brother Genaro and a sister Maria. Visitation will be 5-7 PM, Thursday, November 30, 2023 at Adams Funeral Home in Crosbyton. Funeral Service will be 3 PM, Friday, December 1, 2023 at First Baptist Church in Crosbyton with Rev. Manuel V. Guerrero was welcomed into the arms of our loving Father on November 14, 2023 while surrounded by his loved ones. He was born in Sinton, Texas on January 9, 1957 to Manuel and Eulalia Guerrero. Manuel spent most his life in Crosbyton and was a person with a big heart and had love for everyone. He was always willing to help those in need and never met a stranger. Manuel was a hard worker; he worked at the Seed Company for 20 plus years and was a great provider for his family. He loved his Dallas Cowboys and was an avid fan of the Texas Longhorns, but his biggest love was for his three daughters and his grandchildren. He loved every minute he got to spend with them and always made sure there was never a dull moment while he was around. Manuel also had a passion for music and hanging out with his brothers while cooking out. Manuel will be dearly missed by his friends and loved ones. He is preceded in death by his parents and brother David Guerrero. Those left to cherish his memories are; his significant other BJ (Billie Jean) of Crosbyton; his three daughters, Michelle Young and husband Eric, Missy DeLeon, Breanna Guerrero and Nick all of Lubbock; his sons, Michael and Sonny Guerrero of Lubbock; his brother, Ricky Guerrero and wife Sylvia; his sisters, Emilia Guerrero, Yolanda Hickman, Susan Garza and husband Ramiro all of Crosbyton; and 5 grandchildren. William Saleh "Bill" Igal was born March 18, 1941 in Ramallah, Palestine to Rev. Sn. Abu Igal and Victoria Daoudis Igal. He went to be with the Lord on Friday, September 15, 2023. Bill married Mary Beth Young in April 1963 in Lubbock, TX. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Texas Tech University, and a Master's Degree in Education from West Texas State University. He taught school in Hereford for many years, later moving to Lewisville to teach in The Colony, and finally retiring in Ralls in 1998. He was a member of Ralls Methodist Church and an active member of the community. In 2006, the Ralls Chamber of Commerce awarded him "Man of the Year. " In addition to his charity work, he was on the board of the Ralls Museum. He was also involved in Christian organizations including Walk to Emmaus and the Kairos Prison Ministry. Bill is survived by his wife Beth of Ralls; one son, Saleh Igal and wife Yoshiko of Irving, TX; one brother, Isam Igal; two sisters, Thelma Igal and Violet Iqal; and two grandsons, Hitoshi and Satori Igal. He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother and one sister. Visitation will be from 6-8 PM, Friday, September 22, 2023 at Adams Funeral Home in Ralls. Funeral service will be 2 PM, Saturday at Ralls Methodist Church with Rev. John Prestridge and Rev. Larry Bass officiating. Interment will be at the Guthrie Cemetery in Guthrie, TX.
