Cheryl A. Edwards-Lester age 75 of New Lisbon, WI. passed away on Friday, June 17th, 2022 at her home. Cheryl was the daughter of Levi L. and Garnet E. (Middleton) Edwards and was born on March 10, 1947 in Waterloo, Iowa. Cheryl was born and raised in Waterloo, Iowa, then later moved to Illinois and graduated from Big Rock High School. After high school she worked as a waitress in Elgin, Illinois for many years. Gary and Cheryl moved to New Lisbon in April of 2005. Cheryl was united in marriage to Gary Lester on August 27, 2009. Cheryl enjoyed being outside gardening. Cheryl is survived by her brother Thomas (Anita) Edwards of The Villages, FL. , by several nieces and nephews and best friends Don (Diane) Schnidt of New Lisbon, and Marilyn Pates of Waterloo, Iowa. She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, Melvin Kerr and William Kerr, a sister, June Moody and her husband Gary in 2021. There are no services being planned.
