"Charles Franklin Vannoy, 82 of Woodstock passed away on Sunday, May 7, 2023, at Shenandoah Memorial Hospital. A Memorial Service will be at 2:00 P. M. on Saturday, May 13, 2023, at Dellinger Funeral Homes, Woodstock. Pastor Linda Breeden will officiate. Charles was born on September 11, 1940, in Alexandria, Virginia and was the son of the late Dock and Lavinia Blevins Vannoy. He enjoyed fishing and camping. He is survived by his wife Brenda; 3 daughters, Bambi Troup (Greg), Kim Meadows (Mike), and Dawn Bible; 5 grandchildren, Shannon Randall (Jason), Nicole McClellan (Justin), Christine Sasala (Joe), Samantha Meadows, Hali Bible, and 5 great grandchildren, Gavin Randall, Aiden Randall, Carter Smith, Avery McClellan, and Joey Sasala.
