Charles "Ted" Curtis Sine, Jr. , 62, of Delray, WV passed away on Monday, June 20, 2022 at INOVA Hospital. Born March 13, 1960 in Martinsburg, WV he is the son of the late Charles Curtis Sine and Margaret Vanorsdale Sine. He was a loving father and grandfather. He is survived by two sons, Kenny and Curtis Sine; two daughters, Kendra Finneyfrock and husband Scott Finneyfrock, and Katelyn Garfinkel; seven grandchildren; two brothers; and three sisters. He was preceded in death by a brother. Family will receive friends on Sunday, June 26, 2022 from 6:00 to 8:00 p. m. at the Brown Funeral Home. Service and interment will be private.
