Charles Payne Obituary

Charles Ann Payne, age 72, of Speedwell, Tennessee was born August 30, 1951 and went to her Heavenly home on Sunday, September 10, 2023. Ann enjoyed working with all flowers, but her favorite flower was roses. She was a wonderful cook and loved to cook for her family and friends. Ann would often sit and relax while watching the humming-birds and butterflies that would visit her garden. Her favorite musical artist was Conway Twitty and she loved to listen to his music anytime she could. Her three grandchildren Hannah, Alex, and A. J. were her pride and joy. Ann was preceded in death by her parents Charles and Thelma Odum. Her first husband Stanley Hatfield and father of her three children. Her second husband Lawrence Payne. Her daughter Brandy Hatfield. Her cat Puskitt. She is survived by her daughter Melissa Corcoran and husband Jason. Son Adam Hatfield. Grandchildren Hannah Hatfield, Alex Hatfield, and A. J. Hatfield. Brother Larry Odum (JoAnne). Sisters Kaye Young, Darlene Kohnle, and Pat Kelly (Jim). And numerous nieces and nephews who loved her dearly. Dog Katie. Cat Phoebe. The family will have a graveside service Tuesday September 12, 2023 at 12 PM in the Fairview Cemetery. To go in procession please be at Coffey Funeral Home by 11:30 AM.
