Funeral services for Charles Elbert Lowe, 80, of Livingston, Texas, will be held Thursday, June 23, 2022 at 10:00 a. m. in the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston, Texas with Bro. Kevin Hendrix officiating. Interment will follow in the Magnolia Hill Cemetery in Onalaska, Texas. Visitation will be Wednesday, June 22, 2022 from 5:00 p. m. - 7:00 p. m. in the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston, Texas. Charles Elbert Lowe was born January 25, 1942 in Romayor, Texas to parents, Roy Lowe and Nettie (Hughes) Lowe and passed away on June 18, 2022 in Livingston, Texas. He is preceded in death by his wife, Peggy Lowe; his parents; brothers, Floyd Lowe, Melvin Lowe Sammie Lowe and Robert Lowe; and sister, Joyce Steel. Charles is survived by his sons, Billy Lowe of Livingston, Texas, Jeff Lowe of Tucson, Arizona, Tracy Lowe of Livingston, Texas, Robin Lowe and wife, Crystal of Hardin, Texas; daughter, Mary Barnett of Tucson, Arizona; grandchildren, Ryan Lowe, Katie Lowe, David Barnett, Rachel Holden, Heather Hunt and Samantha Lowe; along with other relatives and friends.
