Chang Seo Obituary

Changho Seo, 49, of Charlottesville, Va. , died unexpectedly on April 30, 2023, at home. Born February 26, 1974 in Seoul, Korea, he was the son of Jintae Seo and Oknan Gu. He was preceded in death by his father Jintae Seo. Changho immigrated to the United State in April 1998. He was born again on August 3, 2004, by the grace of God and continued his faith life at Washington Baptist Church. On September 12, 2009, he married Duhoi Kim and bore two beautiful children, Paul Seo and Lydia Seo, who became the most important part of his life. Changho is survived by his spouse Duhoi; his son Paul Seo and his daughter Lydia Seo; his brother Youngho Seo; and his sister Jihee Seo. Special thank you to his sister-in-law, Euna Kim, and to all who will attend the funeral services listed below, especially those from other countries. A private viewing followed by a cremation committal service is scheduled for Friday, May 12, 2023, at Hill & Wood Funeral Home--Greene Chapel, 15075 Spotswood Trail, Ruckersville, Va. His funeral service is schedule for 4 p. m. , Saturday, May 13, 2023, at his church, Washington Baptist Church, 5144 Massachusetts Ave, Bethesda Md. , with burial on May 16 at Kentucky Retreat Center, 1508 Indian Creek Rd. , Hillsboro, Ky. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to his spouse, Duhoi Kim, at the funeral service. Condolences may be left for the family on the Tribute Wall.
