Celia Arbogast Obit. Celia Ann Snowden Arbogast was promoted to glory on Monday, June 20, 2022. Celia was born in Columbus, Ohio December 18, 1928, to Charles Edward and Chloe Snowden and a lifelong member of The Salvation Army. Celia was a devoted sister, wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt, and friend. She was a lover of children, singer and devoted to the causes of The Salvation Army including a staff member of the Army’s Greenwood Lake summer camp in Delaware, Ohio. She is preceded in death by her mother and father, brothers, Wilber, Charles Edward, Robert, and William Richard (Pal) Snowden, and sister Norma Jean Snowden. She is survived by her sister Mary Strome, children Jocelynn (Lynn) Colemire, and Charles Rex Arbogast. Grandchildren Regina Petell and Ian Edison Arbogast. Great-grandchildren Zoe and MacKenzie Petell. Many cousin nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, the family ask that donations in her memory be made to The Salvation Army.
