Proud Grandmother of Vincent (Brandi) Kristen Tedesco and Jaclyn Hein. Great grandmother of Madelyn Tedesco. Preceded in death by 5 siblings, survived by Dimas Batista. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Friends received Thursday 2-7 PM at the Hahn FH & Cremation Services Inc. 123 North Avenue, Millvale. Mass of Christian burial Friday 10 AM St. Matthew's Parish, Holy Spirit Church. Her greatest joy in life was her grandchildren. Gail Latterman Weaver On November 11, 2023 - Daughter of the late Dorothy Rosenberg Latterman and Philip Latterman, sister of the late Mark Alan Latterman. Gail is survived by her beloved aunt, Anne Gerson, nieces and nephews Patty Love (Rob), Gregg Latterman (Sue), Sara Tierney (Chris) Jim Latterman, Steve Latterman, and Annette Latterman, and many grand-nieces and nephews. She is also survived by many cherished cousins. Gail graduated from the University of Pittsburgh and returned in her forties to study medical ethics at Pitt and in London, England. After working with alcoholics at Mayview State Hospital and outpatient centers, she was active in the feminist movement, Healthcare for All, and on many Democratic issues. She founded a Health Information Service for consumers at the medical library in McKeesport Hospital and volunteered at animal shelters, domestic violence centers, and Planned Parenthood. Sister of the late Nicholas Yagesh, Paul Yagesh, Mary Chetoka, Ann Yagesh, Barbara Rodman, Carrie Yagesh, John Yagesh, and Joseph Yagesh. 12 nieces and nephews. Helen was a member of the Holy Rosary Society. She loved to play bingo. Helen was an avid golfer and a good one, achieving at least one hole-in-one. She and a friend went on a golfing vacation for many years, with Santee SC being a favorite location. Helen also loved to travel and enjoyed many international trips. One of her favorites was a trip to Hong Kong many years ago, where she really enjoyed the shopping. She also visited Dubrovnik in her parents native Croatia several times. Show more

Bertha K. (Suchma) Hartung Bertha was born on March 15, 1923. The daughter of Gottlieb and Kathryn (Farrell) Suchma. She passed peacefully at her home on September 8, 2023 at the age of 100. She was lifelong resident of Millvale. Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her loving husband William L. Hartung and her brothers Edward G. Suchma, Joseph G. Suchma and Paul Suchma. She is survived by a daughter Pam Buttersnitz and her husband Ray. Sister-in-law of Anna Richie and beloved "Aunt Bert" to many loving and caring nieces and nephews. Bertha was was a lifelong member of Holy Spirit Church (Formerly St. Anthony Church) of St. Matthew Parish in Millvale. She was a member of Christian Mothers group. She was an alumni of Mt.
