Arrangements have been entrusted to Williams Dingmann Family Funeral Home in Sauk Rapids.Susan was born November 22, 1968 in St. Cloud to Joseph and Florence (Williams) Slivnik. She married Scott Tresco and they were later divorced. Susan was a homemaker and lived in the Sauk Rapids/St. Cloud area most of her life. She enjoyed watching MTV, car rides with her dog, and spending time with family and friends. Susan was caring, friendly, and loved her son.Survivors include her son, Austin Joseph Nelson of Sartell; sister, DJ Slivnik of St. Cloud; step sister, Deb Saunders of Butterfield; step nieces and nephew, Christy Bolte of Odin, Jaystin and Tessa Tierney of Odin and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents; and sister, Shirley Ann Slivnik.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Williams Dingmann Family Funeral Home in Sauk Rapids.Christopher Lawrence Bergstraser was born January 17, 1988 in St. Cloud to Dale Bergstraser and Elizabeth “Beth” Crowley. He proudly served our country in the U.S. Army. Chris worked as a salesman for Trudel Trailer for several years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, jet skiing, and anything outdoors. Chris loved to cook and he could talk to anyone.Survivors include his father, Dale (Theresa) Bergstraser of Princeton; mother, Beth Wettstein of Eden, WI; grandparents, Carol Crowley of Fond Du Lac, WI, Daryle and Norma Bergstraser of Sauk Rapids; aunts and uncles, Jerry “Shube” Bergstraser of Gilman, Chad Bergstraser of Cincinnati, OH, Bonnie (Mick) Cecil of Sauk Rapids, Barb (Mark Stevens) Crowley-Titus of the Twin Cities, and Jay Crowley of the Twin Cities. Memorial Services will be 11:00 a.m. Friday, January 19, 2024 at Living Waters Lutheran Church in Sauk Rapids for Gary O. Germundson, age 82, who passed away Wednesday at his home. Pastor Jake Dyrhaug will officiate. Visitation will be one hour prior to the services Friday, January 19, 2024 at the church. Arrangements have been entrusted to Williams Dingmann Family Funeral Home in Sauk Rapids.Gary Orton Germundson was born on June 29, 1941, in his grandparents’ home in Elbow Lake, Minnesota, to Orton LeRoy Germundson and Ruth Evelyn Ferguson Germundson. He passed peacefully at home on January 10, 2024.Gary graduated from Elbow Lake, Minnesota, high school in 1959. Later, he graduated from St. Cloud State University where he played football. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in physical education and business, and later Masters and Specialist degrees in Education and Information Media.He was married to Judy Melville on July 24, 1965. They had two sons, Dan and Darren.Besides his early years of farming with uncles on their Elbow Lake farm, most of his employment was in education. Judy and Gary taught in Sterling, Colorado, for two years, then returned to Minnesota. Gary attended grad school at SCSU and taught there for two years. After that, he was media director at Apollo High School until retirement in 2000.Gary was always active in volunteering. He served for a few years on the planning commission in Sauk Rapids. He was very instrumental in planning and fund raising for Sports Arena East in SR. In addition, he was involved in the formation of Living Water Lutheran Church and has continued to worship and volunteer there with lutefisk dinners, church in the barn, general upkeep, painting and repair, and many other activities.Gary was a very warm, hard working, fun loving, caring, generous person who loved fishing, hunting, golfing, bowling, building, traveling, reading, woodworking, and going to the family cabin on Pelican Lake. He was a “tinkerer” who could usually fix almost any problem around the house or yard. However, his most beloved activities were spending time with his sons, grandkids, siblings, and other extended family members,Gary is survived by his wife Judy; sons Daniel Gary (Stacy); and Darren Hans; grandchildren Gaje, Ellen, and Abe; and sisters, Helen Anderson, Susan Danzeisen, Laurie Mendel and many other family members.He was preceded in death by his parents, Orton and Ruth Germundson; sister, Sylvia Larson; brothers in law, Frank Anderson, Jeff Melville, and Lowell Larson; and nephew, Chris Anderson.Gary was loved by all and will be sorely missed. He passed peacefully in his sleep and is now safely and lovingly in the hands of the Lord.Memorials to Living Waters Lutheran Church and the LWLC food shelf are preferred.

A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be 1:00 p.m. on Friday, January 5, 2024 at St Augustine’s Catholic Church in St Cloud for Arthur H. Harren, age 86, of Waite Park who passed away Friday, December 29, 2023 at The Good Shepherd Community in Sauk Rapids. Reverend Scott Pogatchnik will officiate. Entombment will take place in the Assumption Cemetery Mausoleum. Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Thursday January 4 at the Daniel Funeral Home in St Cloud. Parish Prayers will be at 4:00 p.m. Visitation will continue after 12:00 p.m. at the Church. Art was born August 18, 1937 in Albany to Arthur and Rosemund (Pratchner) Harren Sr. He married Arlene Wischnewski on June 23, 1962 at St Augustine’s Catholic Church in St Cloud. Arlene passed away January 28, 2007. He married Arlene Prom on April 18, 2009. Art owned and operated Art Harren Construction for 35 years and served as president of the Central MN Home Builders Association in 1985. He retired in 2001. Art was a long-time member of the St Cloud Barbershop Chorus, was a member of the St Augustine’s Church choir and spent many years tending to the Church flowers. Art served his country with the US Army Reserves and was a member of the St Cloud Eagles. He was an enthusiastic outdoorsman who built and paddled his canoes across the boundary waters. Art loved to fish, bike, hike and spend time with family. Well known for his beautiful gardens on Wapicada golf course, his “green thumb” brought joy to so many people over the years. When Art married Arlene Prom in 2009 he was welcomed into the family with open arms. He quickly became a treasured member to the kids and grandkids. He will be greatly missed by all of us and will be dearly remembered as a kind, gentle man of strength. Art is survived by his wife Arlene of St Cloud, stepchildren Kevin (Marsha Ouren) Prom of St Cloud, Mary Kay (Bruce) Pederson of Waukesha, WI, Janice (Dave) Maiers of Clear Lake, 11 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren, brothers Tom (Bev) Harren of Minneapolis, Ken (Tena) Harren of Waterville. Preceding him in death were his parents, first wife Arlene, brother Paul (Joan) Harren and brother Dennis (Mary Ann) Harren. The family would like to extend their deep appreciation to the wonderful staff at The Good Shepherd and the compassionate people at “Moments” hospice care. Memorials are preferred in lieu of flowers to the Poor Clare Monastery of St Cloud.

Joseph A. Monn, age 90, passed away Thursday at Edenbrook of St. Cloud. Arrangements have been entrusted to Williams Dingmann Family Funeral Home in Sauk Rapids. Joseph was born June 25, 1933 in St. Cloud to Albin and Monica (Harren) Monn. He married Tess Knettel on April 27, 1957 at St. Mary's Cathedral in St. Cloud and they lived in Little Falls from 1958-2008. Joseph owned and operated Joseph Monn Accounting for 50 years, retiring in 1998. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus 4th Degree and also volunteered at various organizations. Survivors include his wife of 70 years, Tess of Sartell; sons and daughters, Mary Monn of Winona, Michael (Cindy) Monn of Lakeville, Timothy (Dorene) Monn of Savage, and Kathy Monn of Lewiston; grandchildren, Melissa, Jason, Allyson, Amanda, Angela, Marissa, and Julianna; and two great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; son, David in 2020; and brother, James.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Williams Dingmann Family Funeral Home in Sauk Rapids. Richard was born August 25, 1950 in Minneapolis to Harold and Dolores (Getten) Engelhart. He grew up farming and raised horses with his mom. Richard was an altar boy at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Waconia and attended Catholic school at St. Peter and Paul in Loretto. He graduated from Cokato High School in 1968. Richard married Carol Hartfiel on October 15, 1982. He was a farmer and also worked at CTS Fabri-Tek for 17 years. Richard enjoyed traveling to various state and national parks, especially Custer State Park which was his favorite. He also enjoyed traveling to the North Shore and Grand Marais where he loved to listen to the sound of the waves. Survivors include his wife, Carol of St. Cloud; children, Bobbie (Shawn) Stai of Dassel, Kristie Engelhart (Mike Nistler) of St. Cloud, Joshua (Amber) Engelhart of Foley, and Katie Engelhart of St. Cloud; sisters, Florence (Mark) Rode of Cokato and Margaret (Dale) Cacka of Silver Lake. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Altrichter, age 91, who passed away Wednesday, December 20, 2023 at the St. Cloud Hospital. Rev. Joseph Backowski will officiate and burial will be in the parish cemetery. Visitation will be from 4-7 p. m. Tuesday at Williams Dingmann Family Funeral Home in Becker and one hour prior to the services Wednesday at the church in Clear Lake. Art was born October 5, 1932 in Cushing to Frank and Gertrude (Schaust) Altrichter. He married Veronica Kedrowski on June 24, 1957 in Flensburg. Art grew up in Randall and lived most of his life in Clear Lake. He owned Altrichter Milk Transport for over 30 years. Art was a member of St. Marcus Catholic Church where he was a volunteer and a member of the Knights of Columbus. He enjoyed woodworking, vegetable gardening, fishing, restoring old tractors, and running his Christmas tree farm. Art was a real animal lover. He was well respected, honest, friendly, a hard-worker, had a great sense of humor, and all who knew him loved him. Art had a natural gift for story-telling and entertaining others with his reminiscing. Survivors include his children, Diana of Horseshoe Bay, TX, Donald of St. Cloud, Douglas of Alexandria, GA, and Donna (Mike) Symanietz of Pine River; daughters-in-law, Michelle of Fayetteville, GA and Lori of Clear Lake; brother, Robert (Loretta) of Buffalo; and grandchildren, Zachary and Abbie. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Veronica; sons, David, Dale, and Darrell; brothers, Wilfred, Edward, Richard, Frank, and Ronald; and sister, Evelyn Bermel.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Williams Dingmann Family Funeral Home in Sauk Rapids. Sandy was born March 21, 1958 in St. Cloud to Darel and Alvina (Skuza) Fleck. She lived in the Sauk Rapids area her entire life and worked at WACOSA. Sandy was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Sauk Rapids. She loved Christmas and listening to music especially country. Sandy was gentle, kind, and funny. She enjoyed going for car rides, folding clothes, shredding paper, and participating in the Special Olympics. Sandy is survived by her brother and sisters, Jerry (Cheryl) Fleck of Zimmerman, Vicki (Mark) Strommen of East Bethel, and Kay (Mark) Anderson of Sauk Rapids; and many other friends and family. She was preceded in death by her parents; and brother, Bob Fleck.

Poganski, age 62, who passed away Wednesday at the St. Cloud Hospital. Annette was born September 12, 1961 in St. Cloud to Louis and Irene (Bieniek) Ertl. She married Dale Poganski on June 20, 1981 at Munsinger Gardens in St. Cloud. They lived in St. Cloud prior to moving to Cold Spring 38 years ago. Annette was the Bookkeeper for Poganski Automotive for 24 years and also worked as a Dental Assistant. She enjoyed cooking, baking, watching TV, sewing, and playing Candy Crush and computer games. Annette was stubborn, a spit fire, and hated the cold and bugs. Her favorite color was light blue. Annette is survived by her husband of 42 years, Dale of Cold Spring; sons, Dustin (Julie) of St. Joseph and Gregory (Shawna) of Foley; mother, Irene of Sartell; siblings, Myron (Deb) Ertl of St. Joseph, Harvey (Bonnie) Ertl of St. Joseph, Chester (Sevy) Ertl of Brooklyn Center, Kevin (Therese) Ertl of Sauk Rapids, Tim (Lillian) Ertl of Sauk Rapids, Judy Glass of Freeport, Steven Ertl of Sauk Rapids, Brian (Shannon) Ertl of Sauk Rapids, Dennis Ertl of Sartell, Patty Ertl of St. Cloud, and Wendy McConnell of St. Cloud; and grandchildren, Ashlyn, Isaac, Adalynn, Abbie, Xander, and Jensen. She was preceded in death by her father, Louis; sister, Norma Ertl; and brother, Randall Ertl.

She married Harold Rucks on December 29, 1951 in Clearwater. Dolores was a homemaker and a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church where she was a member of St. Monica's Society. She enjoyed traveling, walking, volunteering at the hospital, watching the Minnesota Twins, spending time at the lake, and spending time with family. Dolores is survived by her daughters and sons, Cynthia Kanner of Burnsville, Susan (Duane) Biniek of Madison, WI, Mary (Duane) Winkelman of Park Rapids, Richard (Sonia) Rucks of Rice, John (Barb) Rucks of Clear Lake, and Michael (Carmen) Rucks of Sauk Rapids; sister, Carol (Erv) Marquette of Clear Lake; daughter-in-law, Gail Rucks of St. Cloud; 17 grandchildren and many great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Harold in 1993; son, Robert; daughter, Valerie Scott; son-in-law, Chad Scott; grandson, Alan Ash; and brother, Donald Kloeppner.
