Carl Taylor Obituary

Carl M. Taylor was born November 4th, 1940 in French Camp. He graduated from Manteca High school in 1958 then served in the United States Air Force for 4 years. Carl returned to Manteca and went to work for Libbey Owens Ford, where he eventually retired in 1992. Along the way he married Shirley Silveira of French Camp and they raised two sons, Scott and Marc Taylor. During these years Carl was active in YMI, The Elks and the American Legion. After retirement Carl and Shirley hopped in their motorhome and travelled the country for several years before finally settling in Congress, Arizona. After Shirley's passing in 2015, Carl moved to Prescott, Arizona where he spent his final years, passing away on May 3rd, 2023. Carl is survived by his sons, his daughter-in-law Monica, and grandsons Christopher and Henry Taylor.
