Calvin Whitaker died peacefully, Monday evening June 20, 2022. Calvin is the loving husband of Bambi for thirty-eight wonderful years; beloved father of Cassie (Douglas) Geersens of Livonia; cherished grandfather of Jada, Augustus and Grayson. Mr. Whitaker is also survived by his siblings, Johnny Lee, Jimmy, Gloria-Jean, Dorothy, Glenda, Angela and Michelle. Sadly, he is preceded in death by his parents, several siblings and nephews, as well as his beloved dog "Mickie" and cat "Annie'. Family will receive friends Sunday, July 10, 2022 from 1pm until a Sharing of Memories Service at 3pm at A. J.
