On February 26, 2024, William H. Ward III, 73, of Baltimore, passed away. Bill was the loving husband of the late Donna Lee Ward (nee Purner); devoted father of William H. Ward, IV and his wife Evelin, Laura Ward and Robert Scott Ward, Sr. and his wife Karen; cherished grandfather of Ashley, Tyler, Justin, Bradley, Taylor, Ritchie, Marlene, Willy, Robert Scott, Jr., Sierra, and Nathan; great grandfather of Trey and Evan; brother of Ronald Ward and Sharon Davis. Family and friends will honor and celebrate Bill's life at the Evans Life Celebration Home, 8800 Harford Road, Parkville on Wednesday, March 6, 2024, from 2-4 & 6-8 P.M. where a Funeral Service will be held on Thursday at 11:00 A.M. CYNTHIA ANN HENDERSON was born on January 13, 1960 to the late Martha J. Lawson in Semora North Carolina, she then moved to Baltimore, Maryland with her late uncle Willie J. Henderson who helped raise her. She accepted Christ at an early age and was called home on Thursday February 15, 2024. Cynthia received her education in the Baltimore City Public School System where she graduated from Fairmount High School. She had a variety of jobs but her favorite was early childhood development. Aunt Cynt to many had the most beautiful smile and dimples and trashed talked to many. She leaves to cherish her memory; her one and only daughter, Tynise Aviette Lewis (Buffy), three grandchildren, Day'Onna Tyshae, Tyion Kah'ree and Heaven Tyi'Onna, her only loving sister, Denise A. Perkins, two nieces Ranise and Latoya Perkins, one great nephew Daylin Hazelton, one aunt Pansey Stewart, two Goddaughters, Elisha I. Luckette and Jeree T. Gregory, her favorite cousins, Theresa Lawson (fox) Jackie Black (Spiderweb) Luella Lawson (Lou) Melinda Fielding (Black Beauty) and Clarissa Fielding (Clara) and a host of cousins. CONSTANCE “CONNIE” FELDER

"CONSTANCE “CONNIE” FELDER was born on March 4, 1948 in Baltimore, Maryland to the late Neal Span and Louise Span. She departed from this life on January 28, 2024. Connie received her education in Baltimore City Public School System where she graduated in 1965. At the age of 18 Connie became interested in the Black Panther Party. After observing the distribution of Panther literature in West Baltimore, she then decided to become an active member in the Baltimore Chapter where she served as the Communication Secretary of the Baltimore Chapter. After serving the Baltimore Chapter Connie relocated to Oakland, California to continue her role as Communication Secretary. After spending years and California Connie moved back to her hometown of Baltimore, MD to be closer to family. In her later years Connie served her community as a mental health worker in the Baltimore area working with individuals who have severe chronic disabilities, physical and mental impairment. Connie was well-respected and loved by many and she touched so many people in a positive way. She was a firm believer of telling it like it was. Connie leaves to cherish her memory, two siblings (two siblings preceded her in death), and a host nieces, nephews, cousins and friends."
