Brent Frazier Butler graced this world with his presence on February 12, 1946, a cherished gift from God to Pastor Lemuel and Ardean Butler. Although he was born in Grand Prairie, Texas, his journey led him to Oklahoma City. He graduated from Central High School in Oklahoma City and then pursued his passion as a chef. Eventually, Brent returned to Texas, where he spent the majority of his adult life blessing many through his culinary skills and his work in ministry. Saved and Baptized in the Holy Ghost as a teenager, Brent was called into the ministry and began teaching soon after conversion. His ministry touched lives from Oklahoma to Texas, as he passionately shared the prophetic word of the Lord, bringing countless souls into the kingdom. He served as pastor of Center Union Baptist Church in Colbert, Oklahoma, continuing his long pattern of loving leadership of God’s people. Brent was a dedicated husband to his wife, Tonie Butler. To this beautiful union was born three sons. They enjoyed 48 years as a couple raising a family, traveling, ministering, and cheering for their favorite teams. He is preceded in death by four siblings: Sharon Sampson, Karen Columbus, Elizabeth Huff, and Lemuel Butler, Jr. He is survived by his wife (Tonie Butler); three children, Brent Butler, Jr. (Paula), Roderick Butler, and Jeremy Butler (Ruth); three grandchildren, Vanessa, Hannah and Noah; seven siblings, Claude Butler, Emily Mathis, Sandra Butler, Juanita Holly, Lemesa Phea, Twana Atkins and Gwendolyn Butler. He is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, in-laws, and friends whom he loved very much.

Byron was a devoted father and husband. He was a great man of faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. Byron was born in Morrilton, Arkansas on December 13, 1969. He attended Nemo Vista High School, and was a proud Red Hawk. Byron moved to Texas in 1988, where he studied at ITT Technical Institute, Tarrant County College, and Tyndale Seminary. He married Em in 1990 and they were blessed with 33 years of marriage. Byron was a longtime employee of Bell Helicopter, where he worked as a Bonder. Byron was elected as a Union official for UAW Local 218 in 2007, and has served as a Zone Rep, then Top Shop ever since. Byron was an ordained minister. He loved studying scripture, teaching, and leading Men's Ministry. God blessed him with the gifts of wisdom and biblical counsel, which he used to make an impact on count- less members of his community. Byron had an infectious smile and laugh that drew people in, and everyone who met him found a friend. He loved sports and was an avid Razorback fan (win or lose). He also loved being outside, fishing, golfing, listening to music, dancing with Em, cruising and "blue water". He is survived by his loving wife, Emilie, and their sons, Joshua and Joseph Maxfield. He is also survived by his parents, Ollie and Annie Maxfield, his brothers, Sheldon Maxfield and Kip Maxfield (Valencia), neph- ews, Jody Comford (Jennifer), Kevin Comford (Mi- chelle), and Noah Maxfield, nieces, Lexi and Landri Maxfield, great-nieces Madison and Caroline Com- ford, and great nephew, Colton Comford, as well as a host of dear, loving family and friends. Sheila Hill Bush, age 61, passed away on Monday, November 27, 2023. Sheila Evette Hill was born on May 7, 1962, to Al Dean Lett and Annie Clyde Hill in LaGrange, Georgia. She was the eldest of five siblings. Sheila welcomed her first child, Trines Latrone Hill, before graduating from LaGrange High School where she was an all-star basketball player. She went on to obtain her bachelor's degree in political science from Alabama State University - the first college graduate of her family. While at Alabama State University, Sheila joined the sisterhood of the Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. She loved sporting her Zeta blue. After college, Sheila married her college sweetheart, Michael A. Bush of St. Petersburg, Florida. One child, Brandi Kynera Bush, was born of the marriage. In Florida, she began working as a probation and parole officer for the department of corrections. She later divorced and moved to Texas where she continued to work as a parole officer in Dallas. Shortly after moving to Texas, Sheila answered the call of God on her life. She attended Jerry Savelle Ministries International Bible College and became an ordained minister shortly thereafter. She believed that she was commissioned to take healing and deliverance to the world with a word spoken in due season. Sheila founded L. A. C. E. Ministries in 1994 and Girl Talk We Talk Ministries in 2010. She was a devoted member of Heritage of Faith Christian Center, committed to being an ambassador of Christ spreading the gospel to all who had ears to hear. Sheila later took up a profession in education. When she wasn't preaching the gospel, she was making a positive impact on countless lives as a teacher for the Fort Worth Independent School District. Everyone who knew Sheila knows she loved sports. Some of her favorite teams to watch throughout the years were the San Antonio Spurs, New England Patriots, and the Atlanta Falcons. Sheila also enjoyed traveling to watch her daughter play basketball from middle school through college and was looking forward to doing the same with her grandchildren. Sheila was the proud mother of Trines Latrone Hill of LaGrange, Georgia and Brandi Kynera Bush Percy (James Percy) of Burlington, North Carolina. She also leaves behind five grandchildren: Chrystion Hill, Kristiana Hill (United States Army), Braeden Percy, Jayden Percy, and Kamden Percy. She was preceded in death by both parents and grandparents. Sheila also leaves behind many beloved friends to cherish her memories, including but not limited to, her best friends Mrs. Dianne Lusk and Pastors Lufile and Fariala Ehambe. Sheila's light shined bright. Her presence was effervescent. She loved her family immensely and will be deeply missed. Her influence will live on for generations.Show more

Fort Worth, Texas - Mary Frances Ginsburg Antweil passed away Tuesday morning, November 21. She was 93. Born in Fort Worth, Mary Frances was the daughter of George and Sarah Schuster Ginsburg. After graduating from R. L. Paschal High School and a year at the University of Texas at Austin, she and Alan Joel Antweil married and moved to Hobbs, New Mexico where they raised the three children, Julie, Barry and Mark. A wonderful volunteer for so many organizations, Hobbs Public Library, the American Cancer Society, the Girls and Boys Scouts, and whenever any asked for help, she was willing. Lea County, New Mexico named her Pioneer Woman of the Year for all of her hard work and dedication to the community. After Alan died in 1994, she returned to Fort Worth and jumped right into volunteering. She loved the arts and was a proud supporter of the Chamber Music, and the Fort Worth Symphony and Fort Worth Opera. She loved the Van Cliburn Competition, listening to every pianist and discussing each one with her friends, making notes in the program and picking the winners brought her so much joy!Jewish Family Service was her favorite organization and very dear to her heart. She was so proud to serve on their board and of all the accomplishments and their growth through the years. Playing Mah Jongh as often as possible and teaching anyone who wanted to learn was so exciting for her. She met so many wonderful new friends thru the game. Mary Frances had the greatest since of humor and loved to laugh. She truly cared about her friends, but nothing brought her more pleasure than her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Mary Frances will be missed by all who were fortunate to have her in their lives, but they will continue to share her stories and her laughter with everyone they love. Her family would like to thank Comfort Keepers, Christina Weissenborn, Aundrea Davis, LaQuita Brown-Harmon, Unique Holloway, Phyllis Wiley and the staff, Jen and Kelly. They also thank Community Healthcare of Texas, Joy and Taryn. Mary Frances was laid to rest privately next to her husband, Alan, in Ahavath Sholom Cemetery on Wednesday, November 22. A Celebration of Her Life will be held on a later date. In lieu of flowers, consideration of contributions to the Carole Rogers Financial Assistance Fund Benefitting the Tarrant County Community, in her memory, is suggested.Show more
