Brandon Ladzinski, 24, of Duluth passed away on Thursday, September 28th at Abbott Northwestern Hospital in Minneapolis. Brandon was a graduate of Duluth East High School and a dedicated manager at Sammy's Pizza in Lakeside. Brandon packed a lot of living into his 24 years and that is evident by the many friendships he developed over his young life. It is ironic that a young man with such a big heart would pass because of problems related to his heart. Brandon was much loved by his friends and family and will be dearly missed by his mother, Brenda (Fernando) Reinartz, his father Paul (Jackie) Ladzinski, grandparents Fred and Cheryl Johnson, his brothers Brent (Heather) Olson and Andrew Ladzinski, step brother Chucky Bischoff, step sister Ashley Hoppe, uncles Jim Ladzinski and Michael (Heather) Johnson, aunts Kathy Skoglund and Linda LeBlanc, niece Ellie Olson, nephew Mack Olson, cousins Jaxon Johnson and Joey Johnson, and by all of his extended family and so many great friends. He was preceded in death by his grandparents Jim and Delores Ladzinski and infant sister Danielle. Brandon loved spending time with his family and his many friends. Brandon enjoyed the outdoors, especially fishing, and played baseball and golf and was a faithful fan of the Twins, Vikings, and the Wild - no matter how often they disappointed him. His friends and family will remember his loyalty, his smile, and his exceedingly good nature. We will all miss his kindness, his goofiness, and his desire to always help others. His was a life lived well and an example to so many. A celebration of life will be held Monday, October 9th at noon at The Malting Building of Clyde Iron Works, 2907 Helm Street, Duluth. The family is grateful to the technicians, nurses, and doctors at St. Luke's Hospital and Abbott Northwestern for their care of our precious Brandon.
