Tom Graduated from Stanberry High School in 1961. It became a passion of Tom's to keep in touch with as many of his classmates as he could. He shared information with and about them with each other. Tom earned some college hours, but, we aren't sure just how many hours he did earn. (Education and learning were always important to him. ) He did this while working at Armco Steel and Ford Motor Company where he was an electrician. He met a cute little Fletchall gal by the name of Jo Ann at the Dairy Queen in Grant City, Mo. On May 16, 1964 they were married. Together they had 3 sons; Scott Alan, Clarence Wayne, & Thomas Joe. In 1970 they bought their home in Napoleon. Tom became a valuable citizen, he held two terms as mayor, one as councilman. He was always out there after a snowstorm with the bobcat helping clear streets and driveways for others. In the last couple of years he took Hairball, the dog, on his golf cart around and kept his eyes open for things that may need attention. Tom had many hobbies and interests during his life: motorcycles, upholstery, computer technology, wood working are only a few. He even got Jo Ann into woodworking and upholstery. He had even convinced Jo Ann that she needed her own motorcycle. He is survived by his wife, Jo Ann of the home, his son Scott (Sammi) of Napoleon, son Wayne of Bucyrus, Ks, Sister-in-law Ann Raymond, 3 grandchildren, Bradly Raymond (Heidi), Daniel Raymond (Rose), Betty Jo Raymond. 9 Great grandchildren; Sarah Jane, Jared Alan, Casey Jo, Jaden Scott, Abram Hulett, Samantha Varin, Landon Jayce, Leslie Joy, and Kaylee Rose.
