Beverly Dipiazza Obituary

Beverly DiPiazza passed away peacefully at Francis House in Syracuse, New York on April 18, 2023 with her loving family by her side. She was the daughter of the late Ben and Mary Sgroi DiPiazza of Frankfort, New York. Bev retired from Verizon after decades of service and was a dedicated volunteer for The Fayetteville-Manlius Meals-On-Wheels for several years after her retirement. She attended Holy Cross Church in Dewitt, New York. Beverly loved animals and she rescued many furry friends throughout her lifetime. She was blessed with a compassionate heart and mind and was often the go-to person in her family whenever anyone needed advice or assistance. Her kindness and generosity will always be remembered. Beverly was predeceased by her parents and several aunts, uncles and cousins. She is survived by her sisters Barbara DiPiazza, Marilyn DiPiazza and brother-in-law Andy Sturm. She also leaves two loyal pet companions. In keeping with Bev's wishes, burial services will be private with a mass of Christian burial at St. Mary Queen of Apostles Church, Frankfort, New York. Arrangements are made through V. J. Iocovozzi Funeral Home, Second Avenue, Frankfort, New York.
