"Betty Richards, age 81 of Catoosa, Oklahoma passed from this life Sunday, April 23, 2023 in Tulsa, Oklahoma with her loving family by her side. Betty was born September 13, 1941, to Clyde and Lillian (Rogers) Taylor in Muskogee, Oklahoma.
