Betty Pierce 86 of Rockford, IL passed away 5/4/2023 after a short illness. Born 12/2/1936 in Woodbine, IA, the daughter of John C. and Luella M. Browning. Betty is survived by sister Shirley Walasek of Richmond, KY, five children, Walt Dieken of Hastings, NE, John (Gail) Dieken, Hastings, NE, Lisa (Paul) Seitz, Rockford, IL Nikki Dieken, Millwood, KY, Phillip (Kammie) Honeycut, Pecatonica, IL preceded in death by daughter Deborah Foreman of Rockford, IL. Betty also has numerous Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren, Nieces and nephews. A private interment will be held at a later date. Special thanks to OSF Hospice and Alden Debes.
