Betty Dunn Obituary

Mrs. Betty June Dunn,79, of Valley, Alabama passed away on Thursday, April 20, 2023, at the East Alabama Medical Center in Opelika, Alabama. She was born on September 7,1943 in Lafayette, Alabama to her to the late Henry And Inez Williams. She is survived by her sister Sheila Williams Dunn (Henderson), her children; Paul Dunn, Charles Dunn (Greg), Nancy Crosby, her grandchildren; Richard Dunn (Tammy), Natalie Huang (Kai), Valerie Whitehead (Joseph), Alexander Dunn, Elizabeth Washington (Ken) and several great grandchildren, as well as nieces and nephews and other relatives. She was preceded in death by her husband Wyatt Curtis Dunn, and her siblings Shirley Rowles, Billy Williams, Henry (Hank) Williams, and Sandra Barber. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends, patronizing the Bradshaw Library, and she served as a volunteer at East Alabama Medical Center's Lanier Health Services and Hospital. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, April 25th, 2023 at 11:00A. M. EDT at the Johnson Brown-Service Funeral Home in Valley with interment following in Harmony Memorial Park. There will be a visitation for viewing for friends and family Monday evening from 6:00P. M. EDT to 8:00P. M. EDT. The family will also be receiving friends at the funeral home on Tuesday morning from 10:00A. M. EDT until 11:00A. M. EDT.
