Natalie was born on September 27, 2000, in Bedford, IN to Brian Lake and Amber Taylor. She attended Bedford North Lawrence High School. Natalie has always been larger than life. Anyone who was lucky enough to know her, loves her. Her generosity was unparalleled; even when she had nothing to give, she would be sure to fill the room with joy and laughter. She had empathy for everyone, and she was incredibly loyal to those she loved. Natalie saw the best parts of people that sometime even they couldn't see, and she made sure they knew it. Natalie came from a large family, and she shared a special connection with each member. She loved her three siblings with everything she had. Being close to them and making sure they were ok was one of the most important things in her life. Her niece and nephew had her wrapped around their fingers, and being their Aunt Nat Nat was one of her greatest joys. Natalie delighted in spending time with her mamaw, going to church, and having long conversations into the night. Recently, Natalie had devoted her life to Jesus. Her biggest mission was to lead others, especially her family, to Jesus. She had a servant's heart. Natalie had a profound musical talent; she could sing, write music, and play any instrument. She often used her talents to serenade her loved ones, perform in talent shows, and glorify the Lord. It only makes sense that Natalie spent her last moment giving the gift of life to others. Her final heart beat was on Sunday, December 3rd, at 7:53pm. Surviving to cherish her memory are her father, Brian (Brandi Kern); her mother, Amber (Matt Taylor), of Bedford; siblings, Brad Lake, of Oolitic, Caitie Tincher (Zack), and Jaxson Lake; nephew, Thomas Lake, niece, Lucy Tincher, all of Bedford; step-sisters, Kennedy Taylor, of Newburg, and Felicity Taylor, of Bedford; maternal grandmother, Donna Morrow, of Oolitic; aunts and uncles, Carrie Ann Chastain, Carrie (Josh) Tolliver, Brandon (Michelle) Morrow, Rebecca Ray (Mollie Kaserman), Cody (Whitney) Morrow, Fawna (Andrew) Myers, Ben (Tara) Morrow, Heath Ray, Karly (Timmy) Terrell, Katrina (Daniel) Craig, Jeremy Mullis, and numerous cousins and friends.
