Barbara Moore Obituary

Barbara A. Moore, 92, wife of the late Arthur S. Moore, of Mansfield Storrs, CT died April 22, 2023. She was born in Willimantic, CT, daughter of the late Bernard and Ruth (Selleck) Potter. Barbara retired from UConn where she worked as a data entry operator. She was a member of the Mayflower Society and a life member of the Obwetuck Grange #203. She is survived by her nieces Kathy (Dave) Bitzel, Cindy Kidd (Steven Hoy), Chris Hobble and Joan (Alvin) Gobin. She was predeceased by her sister Evelyn (Potter) Urda. There are no calling hours. Her funeral service will be on Thursday, April 27, 2023 at 11:00am at the First Baptist Church of Mansfield, 945 Storrs Rd. , Storrs with her burial following at Storrs Cemetery, 82 N. Eagleville Rd. , Storrs. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Barbara's name to the Alzheimer's Association or the Audobon Society. To to the family or in memory of Barbara A.
