Augustus Hall Obituary

HALL, Augustus John "Gus" age 87 of Lebanon, Ohio passed peacefully Friday, May 5, 2023 at his residence surrounded by his loving family. Born April 19, 1936 in Somerset, Kentucky, Gus was one of seven children born to Jason McKinley and Jennie B. (nee Williams) Hall and was a loving son, brother, father and friend to all who knew him. Gus and his brother were in the automotive business together for many years. Gus enjoyed standard bred horses, horse racing, Nascar, playing cards, reading, watching westerns with John Wayne and Clint Eastwood in them and spending time with his family. Preceded in death by his parents, brother and sister-in-law Glenn W. (Gertrude) Hall, sisters and brother-in-laws Ada June Hall, Maxine (Ralph) McPheron and Ida (Earl) Bishop; Gus leaves behind his loving son Joseph K. (Heather) Hall; brothers David Hall and Darius (Sue) Hall and many other family members and friends. The family has decided to celebrate Gus' life privately.
