CLINTON - Audrey J. (Marczewski) Johns, 83, passed away on Saturday, June 18, 2022, at Waterville Residential Care Center with her loving family by her side. Born on July 25, 1938, in Utica, Audrey is the daughter of Leon and Helen (Penc) Marczewski. She attended Holy Trinity School and graduated from St. Francis de Sales. On September 24, 1960, in Holy Trinity Church, Audrey married Robert G. Johns, a union of 57 years prior to his death on October 15, 2017. During the course of her career, Audrey was a secretary with GE, Congressman Sherwood Boehlert’s office, and retired from the Savings Bank of Utica. Audrey was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She enjoyed her position of being the watchful eye over the children and found much joy in watching them grow up. Her hobbies included gardening, ceramics, and macrame. Surviving are her two sons, Michael and his wife, Natalia, North Carolina, Steven and his fiancee, Joannie Grande, Clinton; granddaughter, Lindsay (Erik) Gallagher, Deansboro. . .
