"Aubrey Camille Konchar, age 15 of Portage, IN passed away on Saturday, April 22, 2023 at home surrounded by her loving family and friends. She was born on January 10, 2008 in Hobart, IN to Ralph and Jacqueline (Stone) Konchar. Aubrey is survived by her loving parents, Ralph Daniel Konchar II and Jacqueline Faye Camille (Stone) Konchar; three brothers, Adyn Daniel Konchar, Carson Maddox Konchar, Levi Brooks Konchar; sister, Kaelyn Faith Konchar; paternal grandparents, Ralph and Brenda Konchar; maternal grandparents, Tina Marie (Gary) Watkins, Robert Thomas, Jr. and Jason Paul Dillard; four great-grandmothers, Rebecca Martinez, Carolyn Lowell, Marilyn Faye Shay, Cecelia Dillard; many aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family and many friends. Aubrey attended Portage High School and was part of the class of 2027. She was on the gymnastics team. She enjoyed taking piano and guitar lessons. Aubrey enjoyed fishing with her grandpa and brothers. She enjoyed shopping, sushi, designer dessert dates, snuggling and eating Crumbl cookies with her mother. She loved riding roller coasters followed by eating at Raising Canes with her dad, brothers and Ave\u0027. She adored caring for and playing with her baby sister, Kaelyn. Aubrey was a very unique, smart, strong and brave girl. She was very creative and loved to paint. She loved her brothers and sister dearly, she had special and unique names and relationships with each of them. Aubrey enjoyed spending weekends with her grandmother Tina and aunts Isabelle and Gabby, visiting water parks, painting, and taking walks. She enjoyed road-trips and special shopping/lunch dates with her grandmother, Brenda. She was adored by her five uncles, and enjoyed telling her uncle Clint \u0026quot;No!\u0026quot; After Aubrey\u0027s diagnosis she dreamed of one day becoming a pediatrician to help save other children from the disease that she had. Funeral Ceremony will be held on Friday, April 28, 2023 at 12:00 pm at Edmonds \u0026amp; Evans Funeral Home Portage Chapel, 6941 Central Ave. , Portage, IN 46368. Burial will follow at Heritage Cemetery, Portage, IN. Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 27, 2023 from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm at the funeral home.
