Phyllis passed away peacefully at home with family on October 3, 2021 after a happy, well-lived life. She was born April 21, 1929 in Gardiner, the daughter of Richard and Gertrude (Moore) Strout of Richmond. She was predeceased by her parents; two brothers, Ralph and Richard; and her beloved husband, Robert E. Pushard, Sr. After graduating from Richmond High School in 1946, Phyllis began a 40-year career with New England Telephone, retiring in 1986. She was a proud member of the DAR, the Telephone Pioneers, and the Maine Troop Greeters, and she greatly enjoyed Bob's years as a Shriner in the Anah Mini Bike Unit. She and Bob were avid RVers in their retirement years, touring the country and experiencing many adventures with their friends. She was also a member of the Silver Saints at Crosspoint Church in Bangor. She is survived by her children, Bob and Diane Pushard of Dedham, and Richard Pushard of Bar Harbor; her grandchildren, Rob and Beth Pushard of Lacey, Washington, and Jim and Jill Pushard of Eddington; her great-grandchildren, Lena and Baxter; her niece, Amy Strout Hogan of Brunswick; her "Third Son", Richard Rackliffe and his wife, Christine, of Bangor; and many special friends and lunch companions including Carolyn, Clayton, and Pearl. Phyllis and her family would like to express heartfelt appreciation to the medical staff at St. Joseph Health Care, the wonderful providers at St Joseph Hospice, the folks at the Anemia Center at Northern Light Healthcare, and the pastoral team at Crosspoint Church. Richmond, Maine -Amanda Mae Wogaman-Hunt, 33, passed away peacefully on September 15, 2021 surrounded by family after injuries sustained in a car accident. She was born on March 27, 1988 in Concord, New Hampshire the loving daughter of Dennis and Sharon Wogaman. Amanda grew up in Littleton, NH and went on to receive her bachelor's degree from Unity College. She later earned her Master's Degree from The University of Southern Maine. She had great joy in guiding students as a counselor at the Harpswell Coastal Academy and spent the last 15 years at The Summer Camp for girls mentoring both campers and staff. Amanda enjoyed hiking, camping, swimming in the ocean, nature, making people smile and particularly being a mother. She is survived by her devoted husband Patrick Hunt of Richmond, children Ramona and Francis of Richmond, parents Dennis and Sharon Wogaman of Littleton, New Hampshire, mother and father in-laws Sue and Trevor Hunt of Topsham, sister Johanna (Travis) McCormick of Ohio, nephews and niece Conner, Wesley, Evelyn, in-laws Natalie Hunt, Elliot (Sarah) Hunt, and Stuart Hunt. A memorial service will take place on Saturday, October 2, 2021 at 1pm outside of the United Methodist Church, 121 Pleasant St. , Richmond. Litchfield-On Tuesday, August 10, 2021, Chrystal Turberville, loving mother of three, passed away at age 37 from complications of a tick-borne illness. Chrystal was born on January 15, 1984 in Phoenix, AZ. From a young age she learned to cope with change, moving often between Arizona and Maine to stay with one parent or the other. Though her adult years were spent in Maine, she maintained a deep connection to Arizona, feeling at home in the Southwest and among her beloved relatives there. Chrystal was an intelligent woman, achieving high honors from the Gardiner schools and scholarships to continue her education. She was a loving and loyal partner of 13 years to Glenn, and together they were raising 5 children, including baby Evangeline, born just a few short weeks before Chrystal's untimely death. After a prolonged hospitalization, Chrystal felt incredibly grateful for the few quiet days she spent at home with her family prior to her passing. Chrystal was fierce at everything she did. She found her greatest passion in raising her children, which she did selflessly, joyfully and with endless compassion. Being a mother was her world. Chrystal will also be remembered for her grace and level-headedness in hard times, her dry wit, her kindness, and her dedication to those she cared most about. Chrystal was preceded in death by her father Kevin Davis, her mother Edna Turberville, and her brother James Turberville. She is survived by her fiancee Glenn Jacobs, her children Phoenix, Delilah, and Evangeline Jacobs, her step-children Glenn III and Ethan Jacobs, step-siblings Brian, Bill, Monica and Angela, uncle Keith Davis, and many other beloved aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Dresden-Theresa Yvette Flaherty, 98, passed away peacefully at Maine General Medical Center, Augusta, on Wednesday, August 11, 2021. A long-time resident of Scarborough, she most recently resided in Dresden Maine. She is pre-deceased by her late husband Fred Flaherty and survived by sisters Madeleine Beaudoin of Hollister California, Muriel Parenteau of Biddeford Pool, brothers Clement Fleurent of Biddeford, John Fleurent of Stratham, N. H. , as well as her son, R. Ryan Cote of Dresden, who cared for her in her final year, granddaughter daughter Jill Courtney and Theresa's beloved great grandchildren. Theresa was an avid tennis, chess and card player who enjoyed frequent dining out. She was renowned for her love of chocolate. The family would like to thank Dr. Linda Hermans, and Cathi Seraph. Pulk, 88, of 15 Stone Lane Litchfield died peacefully on July 11 at Mid Coast Hospital after battling a brief illness. He was born in Durham, ME, September 2, 1932, a son of Arthur and Josephine Pulk. From 1954 to 1957 he served in Japan as a Specialist 2 Class in the United States Army. He was a husband, father, woodsman, mechanic, carpenter, and Papa to his many grandchildren and great grandchildren. When he was not working outside, he enjoyed watching classic Westerns and spending time with his family and pet cats. He was also a gardener and cook, remembered best for his homemade pies at Christmas. He married Linda A. Huston on April 14, 1974. Together they raised three children. He is survived by his son, John Pulk of Litchfield; son, Kevin Pulk of Litchfield; daughter, Jennifer Stone of Lisbon Falls; grandchildren, Kristopher, Morgan, Logan and McKalla Pulk, Matthew and Megan Stone, Danielle Stone and her fiance Tyler Lessard, Donna Nation and her husband Connor Nation; great-grandchildren, Kassidy Pulk, Gabriella Stone, and Cameron and Reagan Nation; and many brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, and friends. He was predeceased by his dear wife, Linda, his father and mother, four brothers, and one sister. Ellis, 65, passed away on July 10, 2021 at Boston Medical Center, surrounded by his immediate family, following complications from a recent surgical procedure. He was born in Waterville on April 8, 1956, the son of Myron and Mona Ellis. John graduated from Messalonskee High School in 1974. John proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corps during the Vietnam War. He worked at Digital in Augusta for over 20 years. John was later employed for the State of Maine as an Information System Specialist. John enjoyed fishing, hunting, muscle cars, Harley's and burning rubber with his Camaro. He was known for his green thumb, being an animal lover, and particularly being Muhammad Ali's greatest fan. John enjoyed time spent at home with family, especially time with his grandson, his best buddy. He was a member of Second Baptist Church in Palermo. John was predeceased by his parents and a brother William Abbott. He is survived by his daughter Melissa Bouchard, significant other Rhonda Fowler, sisters Joan Hassam, Mary Keenan, Wanita Bilodeau, grandson Zachary Bouchard, step sons Chris and Eric Fowler, nephews Derek and Shawn Keenan. He is also survived by his birth mother Georgean Abbott. A graveside service will take place Saturday, July 24 at 1pm at the Pine Grove Cemetery Belgrade, with military honors.
