Art Hunt Obituary

"Art Hunt, 81, of Peoria, passed away on Saturday, May 6, 2023, at OSF Richard L. Owens Hospice Home in Peoria. He was born on August 17, 1941, in Peoria, to Arthur E. and Eileen (Place) Hunt. He married Rosalie A. Hardwick in 1983; she survives. He is also survived by his children, Mark (Mindy) Hunt and Ann (Darren) Henry, both of Peoria; 7 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren. For over 30 years, Art worked as a Heat Treatment Technician for Caterpillar, until he retired. He was an avid woodworker. In his younger years, he was a motocross racer. He loved his motorcycle and enjoyed watching sprint car races. Cremation rites have been accorded. Gary Deiters Funeral Home \u0026amp; Cremation Services in Peoria is assisting the family.
