Michele's Resting Place will be at the Greenview Memorial Gardens. Memorials may be made to the family. Michele was born on June 2, 1955, in Dallas, TX, the daughter of Ruby Rose Davis. Michele worked as a marketing coordinator and as an accounting associate at Mediacom for 23 years. She had many hobbies, some of them were reading, gardening, shopping, and of course dancing. Michele was a huge Chicago Bears fan, and she loved spending time with her grandkids and her fur-babies. Survivors include her daughters Rachel (Tom) McClaine, Arielle (Jordan) Grupe, Kelsey (Jeffrey) DePaolis, and Natalie (Nick) Starr; grandchildren Ruby, Eli, Beau, Charlotte, Lily, Arabelle, Tallulah, and Sibyll. Sharon M. Jodts, 78, of East Moline, Illinois, died Sunday, December 3, 2023, at St. Anthony’s Nursing & Rehab, Rock Island, Illinois. Private burial is in Oakdale Memorial Gardens, Davenport, Iowa. Cremation will take place at Trimble Crematory, Moline, under the direction of Trimble Funeral Home. Sharon Marie Hartwell was born January 2, 1945, in Galesburg, Illinois, the daughter of Harry and Martha "Marie" (Keim) Hartwell. She married Philip Larson, with whom she had two daughters prior to the couple separating. Sharon is survived by two daughters, Teresa Desjardins of Quebec, Canada, and Maria (Tom) Larson Castro of Bettendorf, Iowa; grandchildren, Philip, Francois, Giana, Scott and Annalise; great-grandchildren, Logan and Letti; siblings, Nellie, Ivar, Laura, Pat and Mike; and many nieces and nephews including Dawn, with whom she had a special bond. Ronald L. Huber, 63, Milan, IL passed away on Thursday, November 30, 2023 at his home under the care of Hospice. A celebration of life service will be held at a later date. Memorials may be made to the family. Ron was born on December 1, 1959 to Helen (Page) and Marion Huber in Rock Island. He graduated from Rock Island High School and then made his home in Milan. He worked as a forklift driver for Miller Container for over 20 years until his retirement. Ron liked watching sports and was an avid Cubs and Vikings fan. He also enjoyed fishing, going to estate sales, and the casino. Ron loved spending time with his grandkids and playing poker with his mom, siblings, and significant other. He is survived by his significant other, Debra Leffler; son, Sean Huber; mother, Helen Martell; siblings, Tom Huber, Jerry Huber, Mary Huber, Brian (Tammy) Huber, Carrie (Pat) Murphy, Lisa (Mark) Miller, and Lori Huber; several grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. Clifford Leon Herrick, age 84, died peacefully at home on Friday, November 17th, 2023 with a smile on his face, sitting next to his wife of 64 years, Judy. He had been suffering with Lewy Body Dementia for the past couple of years. Cliff was born in Kewanee, Illinois in 1939, and lived a full life heavily invested in his family and his faith. He and his wife raised their three children Mark, Paula (Jimmy Sparks), and Kevin (Bonnie) in Rock Island, Illinois. Throughout his lifetime, Cliff had been involved with the Jaycees, the Men Under Construction church group, The 700 Club, Bethel Assembly of God, Heritage Church and participated in several foreign mission trips. Cliff worked for Piggly Wiggly which brought him and his family to the Quad Cities in 1964. He left the Pig to become a pioneer in the manufacturing of synthetic marble countertops and sinks, and finished up his career helping others develop and design their homes. His grandchildren Emily (Daniel Douglas, sons Luke and Miles) and Michael (Kiska) called him PaPa, and knew him to be a gentle and patient grandfather who was always laughing and playing. Cliff thoroughly enjoyed golfing, camping, golfing, choir, and he and Judy spent 20 winters in Florida, golfing. But his greatest passion was bringing others to know about the true love of his life, Jesus Christ. Jimmie Jo Reade was born March 7, 1953, in Hamilton, California, the daughter of Ray and Virginia (Wikins) Reade. Memorials may be left to St. Marys Catholic Church, Rock island. Hattie Thompson was born on August 16, 1931 in Moline, the daughter of Herbert and Anna (Murphy) Thompson. She married Michael LeRoy Timm Sr. on February 18, 1978 in Rock Island. She was a devoted wife and mother. Hattie was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church. Her hobbies included doll houses, fishing, gardening, traveling, spending time with Mike and going for day trips. Survivors include her children, Harold Crummy, Rock Island, Diana Case, Rock island, Connie Paprocki, Clinton, Iowa, Michelle Timm, Davenport, Michael Timm Jr. , Coal Valley; 7 grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren; siblings, Chuck "Pam" Thompson, LeClaire, Iowa, Alice "Harold" Anton, Fort Collins, Colorado.
