Archie Altenbaumer Obituary

"Randy Altenbaumer was born July 31, 1955 in Ashdown, AR to parents Charles Henry Altenbaumer and Rose Ann Merrell Altenbaumer. He died in a car wreck near Broken Bow, OK on Tuesday, April 18, 2023 at the age of 67. Randy was a musician. He played the piano, not just for himself but for a multitude of organizations locally and all across the United States. His music was enjoyed tremendously as he just made the keys of the piano talk to you. Other instruments he mastered were a guitar, saxophone, bass guitar, steel guitar, etc. When Randy had time and was younger, he enjoyed fishing but those times were few because of his musical ability and requests to play at events. He is preceded in death by his parents, one brother David Altenbaumer and two sisters, Brenda Kay DeFoor and Gayle Beasley. Survivors include a son Brian Hinton and a brother Marty Altenbaumer, both of Ashdown, AR. Randy is also survived by five grandchildren and one great-grandson. His death leaves a huge void in the hearts of his many wonderful friends whom he loved very much They will miss him dearly. Memorial services will be held at a later date. "
