April Obituary

Clotilde Carmela Frazzette (maiden name Gigliotti), most recently residing in Mission Viejo CA, and affectionately known as Tillie, passed from this life on April 18, 2023. During the 88 years she spent on this earth, she was a beloved daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She leaves a legacy of love, kindness and joy. Born in Calabria, Italy in 1934, she married Carmelo in June 1955, and moved to the United States. Together they had four children, Edie (Steve) Cusick, Joe Frazzette, Mike (Linda) Frazzette and John (Sally) Frazzette. She was the proud grandmother to 7 grandchildren - Matt (Emily) Cusick, Jeff (Devon) Cusick, Katie (Brooks) Ferar, Emily Frazzette, Nick Frazzette, Sean Frazzette and Chris Frazzette and to 4 great grandchildren - Wiley, TJ, Andi and Kieran with 2 more great-grandchildren soon to come. Tillie was preceded in death by her parents, Saverio and Francesca (Rosini) Gigliotti, brothers Pasquale Gigliotti and Giuseppe Gigliotti, and sisters Nicolina Gigliotti and Teodelinda Gigliotti. She is survived by her sister Gioconda (Gigliotti) Trapasso and brother Giulio Gigliotti. Tillie loved to celebrate with family and friends and having a house full of those she loved remained the heart of who she was. At the center was always the dinner table - packed with homemade meals, laughter, and fun. She filled her life and especially the lives of all she touched with happiness and warmth (and a lot of food!) Death leaves a heartache no one can heal. Love leaves a memory no one can steal. She will be missed until we are able to join her with God's saints and angels in heaven.
