Obituary of Antoinette Chimbidis Antoinette D. Chimbidis, 87, passed away peacefully on Feb. 2, in Los Angeles, Ca. "Toni" was born on Dec. 18, 1931 in Canonsburg, Penn. She spent her formative years with her parents and brother, John, in Warren, Ohio. After graduating from Warren G. Harding High, Toni married "the love of her life", Phil Chimbidis in 1955. A devoted mother and wife, Toni adored her family and Greek culture. Toni possessed a "can do" positive outlook, and a genuine, cheerful spirit that lit up her home and the lives of those around her. She spent many joyous years with her family in Treasure Isl., Fla., working at Gulf Beaches Elementary, and volunteering at Church. Toni is survived by her son, Everett Chimbidis, daughter, Helene Guzman, grandson, Nico and loving extended family. A viewing will be held Monday Feb. 11, 2019 from 9am until service time at 11am at St. Stefanos Greek Orthodox Church, 3600 76th St N, St. Petersburg.
