He was preceded in death by his parents, Benjamin Harvey and Effie Mae Jones Kelly; one brother, Larry Joe Kelly. Don was survived by his wife, JoAnn; one sister, Betty Moore; one brother, Bobby Kelly; his daughter, Tina Kelly; his daughter, Amanda and husband, Kelley Ross; son, Odie Dillard and wife, Gina; daughter, Barbaradelle and husband, Danny Bias, a number of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Don was a member of the First Missionary Baptist Church of Haworth, OK. He loved his Lord and his family. He liked to play his guitar and watch old Westerns.
