Obituary of Anne Jane Partlow Anne Jane Partlow, 58, of Saginaw, our courageous and loving sister, and aunt went home to be with the Lord on the evening of Tuesday, April 23, 2019, at HealthSource in Saginaw. Anne was born in Saginaw on July 22, 1960, the daughter of the late Kenneth and Colleen (Brown) Partlow. She graduated from Bridgeport High School and also attended Delta College. Anne was a member of Old Town Christian Outreach Center and enjoyed knitting, camping, swimming, fishing, and playing Bingo. She was a member of Bayside Lodge and enjoyed time spent with family and friends. Anne leaves to cherish her memory, her siblings, Mart (Shelley) Partlow, Ted (Kathy) Partlow, Tod (Esther) Partlow, Ginger (Steve) Burton, Karen Kay Munson, Judy Carrigan, and dear friends, Donna & Ray and Mary & Paul, along with many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Anne was welcomed home to heaven by her two brothers, Bob and Mike Partlow, and two sisters, Linda Putnam and Barb Winchell; brothers-in-law, Neil Munson and Gary Carrigan, several nephews, and one niece. A Memorial Ceremony will be scheduled at a later date.
