Beloved daughter of the late Joseph and Josephine Baeli, loving sister of Eleanor Joos and husband William of South Carolina, Joseph Baeli and wife Carol of Saddle Brook, Jennifer Lyons and husband Greg of North Haledon, and John Baeli and wife Ann of North Haledon. Loving aunt of Joseph Fobert and wife Nadia and their family, Thomas Vanderweit and fiance Jessica, Erik Baeli, Sam Evans and wife Denisse, and Kevin Baeli. She is also survived by her uncle Anthony Dinaro and cousin Laura Dinaro. Joann's passion for animals was evident in her role as an avid animal lover. She had a profound interest in history and was a dedicated history buff. Joann found joy in literature, immersing herself in the world of books, and was actively engaged in politics, always seeking to understand and contribute to the political landscape reflecting her inquisitive mind and broad interests. She also had a love for tennis and golf, enjoying the skill and artistry of the games. Certainly, Joann was not just a passionate individual but also a person of remarkable qualities. In addition to her various interests, Joann possessed a wealth of knowledge, often astounding others with her repertoire of fun facts and profound understanding of numerous subjects. Her intellectual curiosity knew no bounds, and she was always eager to share her wisdom with those around her. Moreover, Joann was not just knowledgeable; she was a great listener. Friends and family found solace in her attentive presence and often sought her out for advice. Her ability to lend a sympathetic ear and provide insightful guidance endeared her to many. Joann's kindness, coupled with her wealth of knowledge and wisdom, made her a treasured confidante and a source of inspiration for everyone who had the privilege of knowing her. Above all, Joann was a pillar of strength and love within her family, a truly family-oriented person who cared deeply for all her relatives. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her, not only for her infinite love but also for her profound intellectual curiosity and her dedication to the causes she believed in. He was a founding member of the Scoglitti Society in Elmwood Park, NJ and a parishioner of St. Francis R. C. Church, Hackensack. Beloved husband for 51 years to Marie M. (nee Sansevere). Loving father of Victoria Giuseppa Minardi and Anthony Salvatore Minardi and his wife Lauren. Cherished grandfather of Gianna Sophie Minardi. Dearest brother of Emanuela Tranchina, Nunzio Minardi, Luciano Minardi, Angelo Minardi and the late Giuseppa Minardi and Giovanni Minardi. Salvatore is also survived by several nieces and nephews. Maria was predeceased by her husband Gaetano, to whom she was married and devoted for more than 50 years. She was the loving mother of Alfio and his wife Nella, and Sal and his wife Marie. Maria is also survived by her adoring grandchildren Gabriella Maria, Alessandro Gaetano, Adriana Caterina, Davide Antonio Carmelo, and Marco Domenico, along with five great-grandchildren.
