Mrs. Amanda Renee Marrero, age 38 of Birmingham AL, passed away Sunday, June 19, 2022. A funeral service will be held Wednesday, June 22, 2022 at 3:00 pm in the chapel of Adams Brown Funeral Home. The family will receive friends and loved ones at 2:00 pm till the time of service, burial will follow at Douglas Cemetery. Mrs. Marrero is survived by her parents Timothy and Loresa Sims; husband Alejandro Marrero; daughter Courtney Whaley; son Nathan Whaley; brothers Chris Sims and Dewayne Sims (Paula); and special friend LeeAnn Snider (Adam). Pallbearers will include Anthony Tidwell, Casey Sims, Jeromy Johnson, and Scottie Childress.
