Mr. Alvin Auzzie Crawford, age 64, of Sanderson, FL passed away Saturday, June 18th at his home following a long battle with cancer. Alvin was born in Jacksonville, FL and was a lifelong resident of Baker County, FL. He was a member of Pine Level Church and loved classic gospel and country music. Alvin will be remembered as a hard working man, always providing for his family. He worked as a trucker, heavy equipment operator, and was the owner of Baker Boyz Lawn Care for the last 6 years. Alvin loved to hunt and fish. He was a social butterfly who never met a stranger. He would do anything for his family and was always there in a time of need. Alvin is preceded in death by his parents, Auzzie and Bertha Mae Crawford and one son in law, John Alford. Mr. Crawford is survived by his loving wife, Cynthia Diane Crawford: five children, Ann Alford (Skeeter), Allen Crawford (Staci), Cindy Anderson (Josh) all of Sanderson, FL, Michelle Crawford (Joshua) and Michael Combs, both of Glen St. Mary, FL: two brothers, Eugene Crawford (Kim) and John Crawford (Donna) both of Glen St. Mary. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren who he loved and tolerated. A memorial service to honor the life of Mr. Alvin Crawford will be held at 11 A.
