Alivia Kelly, 60, of Clear Creek Township, in Fairfield County, Ohio, formerly of the Wilmington area, passed away unexpectedly early Tuesday morning, April 23, 2019 at home. She was born January 7, 1959 in Portsmouth, Ohio, daughter of the late Lloyd Cleve Tackett and Ethel Vertrice Rife. She married Nick Kelly, who also preceded her in death. Surviving are her sons- Larry Tackett of ClearCreek Township, OH, & Harold Tackett of Wilmington; 5 grandchildren, 3 step-grandchildren; sisters- Betty Pence of West Union, OH, Sherry Mussetter of Martinsville, OH, & Rhonda Hart of Wilmington, OH; brother- Harold Tackett of TN and lots of nieces & nephews.
