On October 3, 2023, a great man left this earth to join our Lord Jesus Christ. Aciano Quintero better known to us as "Chano" passed away peacefully in his home surrounded by his loving family. Chano was born and raised in Reynosa, Tamaulipas. His parents were Mr. & Mrs. Isabel Quintero+. His brothers and sisters are Graciela, Ernesto +, Paula+, Guadalupe+, Gloria+, Benito+, San Juanita. In 1972 he married the love of his life and moved to Dallas, Texas. He is survived by his wife, Jovita Quintero; three children Selene, Noelia (Felix) and Fernando (Waylet); grandchildren Alyssa and Armando; great-grandchildren Aurora and Fernando. You will forever be in our hearts" A visitation for Chano will be held Tuesday, October 10, 2023 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Gonzalez Funeral Home and Crematory, 3050 N STEMMONS FWY, DALLAS, TX 75247. A rosary will occur Tuesday, October 10, 2023 from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM, 3050 N STEMMONS FWY, DALLAS, TX 75247. An interment will occur Wednesday, October 11, 2023 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Laurel Land Mem Park - Dallas, 6300 S. R. L. Thornton Frwy. , Dallas, TX 75232. A mass of christian burial will occur Wednesday, October 11, 2023 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at St Cecilia Catholic Church, 1809 W Davis St, Dallas, TX 75208.
