Maggi was known in the surrounding community for her gift of opening her heart and home to numerous foster children, her many talents in fine arts and her love of life. Always ready with a solution to a dilemma, a needle and thread, or a bit of a story, she was a treasure to all. Maggi loved her park like lawns and her shared space with all winged friends, ruling over them by touring around on her personalized golf cart to see that all was as it should be. Although it's with sadness we say goodbye, we are blessed to have shared the many years Maggi was here to guide and love us. Cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Life will follow at a later date. As an expression of sympathy, donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
